Company Board Evaluation


Lisberg runs and carries out evaluations at boardroom level, according to an agreed schedule and process. As in Executive Search, we are completely unbiased and act as an independent party in the evaluation process.

 

Our consultants work according to a structured system and evaluate the group as a whole, as well as its individual board members. Such evaluation is often used as a complement to corporate governance and to measure the board’s efficiency and its potential areas of development.

 

In all cases, the Board of Directors and the Managing Director are evaluated in line with the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
