In Executive Search, we draw on our experience of Management Assessment and carry out in-depth interviews in conjunction with proprietary modern management tests (LSI) and personality tests (BP), in addition to aptitude testing and implementing realistic business case scenarios.


When it comes to Executive Search and management recruitment, our job is to recruit and evaluate leaders for filling the key executive positions of tomorrow. Usually such positions will be at the level of running groups of companies, executive positions in corporate management, or positions on the board of directors, both nationally and internationally.
